Магазин отменил заказ, средства не вернул до сих пор!

Позавчера утром сделал покупку bluetti a70 для доставки в Польшу на адрес новой почты, затем в Украину. Вчера утром bluetti заказ отменил, аргументировав, что адрес доставки не совпадает с адресом биллинга банковской карты. Говорят froud alert. Но деньги так и не вернули! Хотя пишут, что средства возвращены. Я пишу в поддержку, что готов предоставить выписки по счету или что нужно, чтобы доказать что денег так и нет, НО ПОДДЕРЖКА ТЕПЕРЬ НЕ ОТВЕЧАЕТ! Короче, ребята из Украины знайте, при покупке товара и оплатой например картой приват банка, вам могут отменить заказ, а денег не вернуть. И морозятся еще! Если денег не вернут, пойду в полицию.

Do NOT use these units to run an air conditioner or washing machine as the built-in motors/compressors may have a surge power of 2-4 times the rated power, which may exceed the output of AC70.
