      A: This is a reward program for Charger 1 owners. We're now offering a special upgrade deal so you can get the new Charger 2 at a privileged price.
    • Q2: Who can join this program?
      A: Anyone who has previously purchased Charger 1 before 6 January 2026 is eligible to participate.
    • Q3: Is there a purchase limit?
      A: Yes. Each Charger 1 owner can buy up to 1 unit of Charger 2.
    • Q4: I bought my Charger 1 from another channel. Can I still join?
      A: Yes. Please email us at sale-eu@bluettipower.com with your proof of purchase (such as a receipt or an order screenshot), and our team will help to proceed.
    • Q5: How long will this program last?
      A:72-Hour Upgrade Price: The upgrade price for Charger 2 of 99 €is available for 72 hours only, starting from 9:00 AM on 7 January 2026 and ending at 9:00 AM on 10 January 2026. After 72-Hour Price: When the 72-hour offer ends, Charger 2 will be available at a special price of 149 € until 9:00 AM on 6 February 2026, unless otherwise stated.
    • Q6: Why doesn't the Charger 2 in this program include a DC input cable?
      A: The Charger 2 uses the same 6 AWG DC cables as the Charger 1, allowing a seamless upgrade without any rewiring or extra purchases. Simply use the cable that came with your Charger 1 to connect to Charger 2.
    • Q7: Does the Charger 2 come with a warranty?
      A: Yes. It carries the same warranty as all BLUETTI products you bought from other authorized channels.
    • Q8: What does “upgrade” actually mean?
      A: This campaign is a thank-you offer for Charger 1 users. Eligible Charger 1 users can purchase an upgraded Charger 2 at a special price of 99 € (only limited 72 hours). No return of Charger 1 is required.
    • Q9: What’s the difference between the 99 € upgraded Charger 2 and the Charger 2 full kit?
      A: The 99 € Charger 2 package does not include the Car Battery Cables and the 75A Fuse. All other standard accessories (MC4 Input, MC4 Output, Solar Charging Cable, and Bidirectional cable for P090D port) are included.
